What is collected
The contact form collects your name, email address, organization if you give one, the topic you select, and your message. The server also stores a truncated one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user agent string, used only to limit abuse of the form.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in a database on Cloudflare's infrastructure and forwarded by email to Jan Zika's inbox so they can be answered. They are not shared with anyone else, sold, or used for marketing. There is no newsletter.
Security verification
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated submissions. Turnstile may set a cookie scoped to that verification. The site itself sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
Retention and deletion
Messages are kept for as long as a conversation is open and deleted on request. To have your data deleted, send a message through the contact form or on LinkedIn and it will be removed within seven days.
Third-party services
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested. Hosting and email forwarding are provided by Cloudflare. Linked applications on other subdomains have their own hosting arrangements and are described on their case study pages.
